Cotton

Soft vegetable fiber obtained from the seedpod of the cotton plant and one of the major fashion fibers in the textile industry. From the Arab “Katun” (part of the con qured lands), along with linen and wool cotton are the most ancient fibers, its origins date back to 3,000 BC. The longer the fiber the better the quality. Lengths vary form less than one-half inch to more than two inches. Cotton fiber doesn’t felt, is not electrostatic it’s absorber moisture rapidly, is hypoallergenic and can be ironed at high temperatures. Mercerizing increases the shines of the fabric and reduce the shrinkage.
